How we handle your information.

The Client Standard is operated by Northstar Wellness LLC.

If you use the free-resource form on this site (“The First 72 Hours”), we collect the email address you provide, and your first name if you choose to give it. First name is optional.

We do not collect payment or billing information on this site. If you purchase the full system, that happens entirely on Etsy, and Etsy collects and processes that information directly. See “Etsy handles purchases independently” below.

We use your email address to send you the free resource you requested and, if you choose to stay subscribed, occasional emails about client communication for photographers. We do not use your information for anything beyond running this mailing list.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, for any reason, with one click. Unsubscribing stops future emails; it does not affect anything you have already downloaded.

We use Klaviyo to collect signups and send email. When you submit the form on this site, your email address (and first name, if provided) is sent directly to Klaviyo on our behalf. Klaviyo processes that information under its own privacy policy, available at klaviyo.com/privacy.

Every purchase button on this site leads to our Etsy listing. Etsy, not this site, handles checkout, payment, order confirmation, and delivery of the digital file. We never see or store your payment details.

Your purchase is governed by Etsy’s own privacy policy and terms, not by this page. Etsy’s policies are available at etsy.com/legal/privacy.

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and the Pinterest tag to measure the performance of our Pinterest advertising. Both use cookies or similar technology and collect general usage data, such as which pages are viewed and which on-site actions (like clicking through to Etsy or submitting the signup form) are taken. We do not send your email address, name, or any other personally identifying information to Google Analytics or Pinterest, and we do not enable Pinterest’s enhanced-match features. This data is not used to identify you personally.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site and its mailing list, currently Klaviyo, and only for that purpose. When you click through to Etsy, you are choosing to leave this site and interact with Etsy directly under Etsy’s own policies.

We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our list, or until you ask us to remove it. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending you email; you can also contact us directly to request that your information be deleted.

You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any email we send. You can also contact us to ask what information we have about you, or to request that it be corrected or deleted.
