How the purchase actually works.

Every “Get the System” button on this site leads to our Etsy listing. This site does not process payment, does not run its own checkout, and does not store any payment information. The transaction itself is completed entirely on Etsy:

Because checkout happens on Etsy, Etsy’s own marketplace policies, payment terms, and buyer protections govern the transaction, not this website. Etsy’s policies are available at etsy.com/legal.

The Inquiry-to-Booked System is a digital, downloadable PDF. Nothing is shipped or mailed. Delivery happens through Etsy immediately after purchase, to your Etsy account.

Refund and cancellation terms are set by the Etsy listing and by Etsy’s own policy for instant-download digital items, not by this website. Please review the terms on the listing itself before purchasing, and contact the shop through Etsy with any order issue.
